ReachBoost vs HeyReach: a practical comparison

ReachBoost and HeyReach both sit in the outbound stack, but a useful comparison needs to separate what each product actually does today from old positioning or assumptions. This page was updated against current vendor pricing and product documentation in September 2026.

HeyReach is specifically built for multi-sender LinkedIn outreach and agencies. Growth is $79 per LinkedIn sender per month. Its Agency plan is $999/month for 25 senders, and the Unlimited tier is $2,999/month with a fair-use cap. HeyReach has workspaces, permissions, a unified LinkedIn inbox, API, webhooks and an MCP server. Agency tiers add white-labeling and dedicated Slack support, while the Unlimited tier includes done-for-you migration. HeyReach does multichannel through integrations with email platforms such as Instantly and Smartlead rather than through a native email sending engine. That native-email distinction is the clearest product difference with ReachBoost.

What the comparison actually comes down to

ReachBoost is built around running outbound across many senders from one central environment. The primary use case is an agency managing multiple clients, although the same architecture also works for larger internal sales teams. The product combines sender management, workspaces, campaigns, conversations, analytics and automation in one operating layer.

That does not mean every competing platform is missing those features. Several of the products in this category now have workspaces, APIs, AI tooling, unified inboxes or agency plans. The relevant question is how those capabilities are packaged and what the platform is optimized around.

Email and LinkedIn

ReachBoost supports native email and native LinkedIn outreach in the same platform. That lets a team coordinate both channels without requiring a separate sending product for one side of the sequence.

For HeyReach, the current channel setup is reflected in the table above. Where a feature is marked as plan-dependent or available through integrations, that is intentional. We do not count an integration with another sending platform as the same thing as a native channel.

Agency and team operations

For a single sender, campaign building and reply handling are usually the main concerns. At agency scale, the operational layer becomes more important: keeping clients separate, assigning access, monitoring senders, finding conversations, comparing performance and adding or removing accounts without rebuilding the stack.

ReachBoost's agency plans are designed around that model. Small and Medium agency plans bundle multiple senders, while the Unlimited plan is designed for much larger account volumes. Done-for-you migration is included on ReachBoost agency plans, and white-label options are available depending on the plan.

HeyReach has its own approach to team or agency management, shown above. We avoid treating ordinary team features as a full agency portal unless the product explicitly supports client-oriented management.

API, MCP and automation

This category changes quickly. MCP, CLI and API support have expanded significantly across outbound products during 2026. ReachBoost exposes API and webhook capabilities and also supports MCP and CLI workflows.

The table uses the competitor's current documented capabilities rather than older comparisons. In particular, products such as Apollo, lemlist, Salesforge and HeyReach now expose modern AI or developer interfaces that should not be marked as missing simply because they were not available earlier.

Pricing

ReachBoost's single-sender price is €99 per month. Agencies should not model ReachBoost as €99 multiplied by every sender, because ReachBoost also offers bundled agency plans for larger account volumes.

HeyReach's current pricing model is $79/sender; Agency $999/25 senders. That pricing unit matters. Some platforms charge per user or identity, some price primarily by email volume, and others sell bundles or custom enterprise contracts. A fair cost comparison therefore depends on the number of LinkedIn senders, email inboxes, users and clients you actually need.

Where ReachBoost is different

The main ReachBoost position is not “we have every feature and the competitor does not.” The difference is that the product is designed as a centralized outbound operating system for organizations managing many senders, with agencies as the primary use case.

If you only need one specific channel or one specialist capability, a focused product can be enough. If your bottleneck is operating email and LinkedIn across many clients or senders, the value shifts toward central management, workspaces, permissions, inboxes, reporting, automation and support.

Bottom line

HeyReach and ReachBoost overlap, but they should be compared on the workflow you actually need rather than on an inflated checklist. ReachBoost is aimed at teams that want native email and LinkedIn execution plus centralized multi-sender management. The table above shows where HeyReach currently overlaps and where the operating model differs.

If you manage outbound for multiple clients or a large sender pool, book a ReachBoost demo to see the workflow with your own account structure.
