ReachBoost vs Woodpecker: a practical comparison
Woodpecker is one of the longest-running cold email tools on the market and is popular with agencies that started out email-first. ReachBoost is a multichannel outbound platform built for agencies that run email and LinkedIn for many clients from one central portal. This comparison was checked against Woodpecker's public pricing and feature pages in November 2026.
The short version: Woodpecker is a strong cold email engine with good deliverability tooling, and it has added LinkedIn, an agency panel and developer tools over time. Most of those are sold as separate add-ons, priced per LinkedIn account or per client. ReachBoost includes native LinkedIn, the agency portal, white-label, API, MCP and CLI in its agency plans. The more clients and LinkedIn senders you run, the bigger that difference becomes.

What the comparison actually comes down to
Woodpecker was built as a cold email tool and is still strongest there: unlimited email accounts, inbox rotation, adaptive sending, a deliverability monitor, domain audits and AI that sorts replies by interest level. If you only send cold email for one company, it is a solid choice.
ReachBoost starts from a different question: how does an agency run outbound for ten, twenty or fifty clients without stitching tools together? That is why native email and native LinkedIn, client workspaces, sender management, a unified inbox, analytics and automation live in one operating layer, and why the agency features are part of the plan instead of a per-client surcharge.
Email and LinkedIn
Both platforms send cold email natively. On LinkedIn the difference is bigger. Woodpecker's Multichannel plan includes one LinkedIn account, and every additional LinkedIn account is a $29/month add-on. Daily limits per account apply, which is normal and safe.
ReachBoost treats LinkedIn as a first-class channel. Email and LinkedIn steps sit in the same sequence, replies from both channels land in the same inbox, and on agency plans you can scale LinkedIn senders without paying per account. For agencies where LinkedIn drives most replies, that removes the biggest variable cost.
Agency and client management
Woodpecker offers an agency panel as an add-on at $27 per active client per month. It gives each client a separate prospect database, bulk actions, a view-only client mode and a way for clients to connect mailboxes without sharing passwords. White-label is another $5 per client per month on top.
ReachBoost was designed around that agency workflow from day one. Client workspaces, roles and permissions, client self-connect links for senders, agency-wide analytics and white-label are included in the agency plans. You do not pay more because you signed a new client, and you do not need to switch tools when a client wants LinkedIn as well as email.
API, MCP and automation
Woodpecker bundles its API, webhooks, MCP server and CLI into an integrations add-on of $20 per month. ReachBoost includes API access, webhooks, an MCP server and a CLI, so teams can connect AI agents, CRMs and internal tools to their outbound without an extra line item.
Pricing: what an agency really pays
Woodpecker's base price looks low: from $39 per month for 5,000 emails sent, with unlimited email accounts and users. For an agency, the add-ons do the heavy lifting. Take 15 clients and 30 LinkedIn accounts: that is 15 × $27 for the agency panel, 29 extra LinkedIn accounts at $29, $20 for API/MCP, $75 for white-label and the email volume on top. Before warm-up add-ons you are already well above $1,300 per month, and every new client or LinkedIn account raises the bill again.
ReachBoost's single-sender price is €99 per month, and agencies use bundled plans instead. Small and Medium agency plans include multiple senders, and the Unlimited plan starts at €1,599 per month for unlimited senders, with white-label, API, MCP and done-for-you migration included. That makes cost predictable as the agency grows.
Where Woodpecker is a good fit
Woodpecker is a good fit for a single company or a small email-only agency that wants a reliable cold email engine with strong deliverability features and pay-per-volume pricing. If you never plan to run LinkedIn and only manage a handful of clients, the add-ons stay affordable.
Where ReachBoost is different
ReachBoost is built for agencies and larger sales teams that run email and LinkedIn together across many senders and clients. The value is in the operating model: one portal for every client, LinkedIn senders that scale without per-account fees, white-label included, a dedicated account manager, and a team that migrates your existing campaigns for you.
Bottom line
Woodpecker and ReachBoost overlap on cold email. Once LinkedIn and multi-client management come into play, Woodpecker becomes a base plan plus a stack of per-client and per-account add-ons, while ReachBoost includes those capabilities in one agency plan.
